Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Mike Nosil is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Parcc Inc. Mike leads the finance, human resource, contracts and office functions at Parcc Inc.
Mike has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit financial management. He has extensive experience in management, contract compliance, finance, human resources, and information technology. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Child Care Aware, where he led the organization’s financial and administrative functions, and he also previously worked for the international agency, Hope worldwide.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville in accounting. He lives in Virginia with his wife and two children. He spends his spare time travelling the country in support of his son’s athletic adventures. His favorite teacher was his chemistry teacher from freshman year of college, who started every class with an interesting and engaging demonstration.
